Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 working days to anywhere in the UK, so most orders arrive within 7–12 working days in total. Delivery is free on every order.

Picking up your pup soon?

We recommend ordering at least two weeks before pick-up day, so Littermate is waiting for them on night one.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey all the way to your door.

Customs and import charges

All prices on our site include VAT. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries can take a little longer than expected due to customs checks or courier delays outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 working days, email us at hello@littermate.store with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away.
